Has anyone else seen this? My girlfriend and I havent laughed this hard at a movie in a long time. The top actors in the movie are Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn, and Christopher Walken. Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn were absolutely hilarious in this Wedding Crashers movie.

My girlfriend brought over the uncorked DVD last night and we watched it, it was pretty funny and I must say that I enjoyed it more then I thought I would.

Plus there was some mighty attractive females in the movie, so I was good :lol:
 
I saw part of it but I didn't understand all the hype. At the time 40 Year old Virgin was on too (I think) but even the previews (of 40 yr old) I thought were hilarious more than Wed Crash.
 
It's not the best romantic comedy ever, but it's up there. Great date movie.
 
Vince Vaugn is very quickly becoming my favorite comedy actor...he is so deadpan, its fantastic...Old School, Dodge Ball are prime funny movies too, I cannot wait to see Wedding Crashers!

Dodgeball is a hillarious movie. I love it. Old Skool was funny too. But my favorite movie with those group of actors(Will Farrell, Vince Vaughn, Steve Carell and Ben Stiller) is Anchorman by far.

If you like Vince Vaughn you should watch 'be cool'. He's very good in that.
 
I rented it couple days ago, and I'm watching it soon. I've heard nothing but good things about this movie from friends, so I can't wait. I had no idea Christopher Walken was in it. 👍

On Vince Vaughn, as far as I'm concerned, he's been on downhill since the "Swingers". He was PERFECT in that movie. Now, he's above average, but I don't think it's possible for him to ever reach that Swingers level again. :(

I agree 100% Vince Vaugn is brilliant with his comedy. I liked Dodgeball a lot and Old school. "Ear muff it"

Dont forget the other quote from Wedding crashers about that virgin girl.

There are a lot of new great quotes and material from that wedding crashers. When hes eating the cake at one of the first few weddings and pushed the groom out of the way so he could cut the cake with the bride. Cake was just falling out of his mouth and spraying all over the place. That part had me in tears laughing. :lol: :lol:
 
I just thought of another favorite Vince Vaugn part from old school. "Great job now you have 1 vagina the rest of your life" :lol:
Dont forget his role in "Mr and Mrs Smith" when he is holding the shotgun and he yells "MOM!! I ALMOST KILLED YOU!" :lol:

I bought Be Cool right away ( mostly cause get shorty rocked so much )
Vince Vaughn was funny, but after a few times of seeing Be Cool, he kinda becomes a 'JarJarBinx' kinda character, where his character is so bloody anoyying, I want to fast forward his parts...He rocks in every other movie though.

The " Ear Muffs" things from old school is freaking hilarious too !

I added it to my list of movies to see. I might even see it tonight. If its anywhere near as good as all the other ones I listed in this thread then im sure I will get some tears laughing.

I would have to agree. He's become a parody of himself, playing pretty much the exact same character in every single movie. But Swingers was by far his best. Not so much of a comedy as all his recent works, but a great movie.

Back on topic I enjoyed Wedding Crashers, we saw it in the theater when it was first released.
 
I was laughin. A coworker was saying it wasnt funny so I waited to buy it...she was soo wrong.
 
I really didn't think it was that laugh out loud funny...
 
I liked it. It was like a nice single, almost a double, definitely not a homerun. :p

Vince and Owen were pretty good, girls were hot, Christopher Walken was right on the money, and the "funeral crasher" was a nice surprise. :D I thought the pacing of the movie was little off, but it was the extended version DVD, so that could be it. I thought this movie had the best Vince Vaughn performance, since the "Swingers". I'd give it a "B-". :)
 
Has anyone seen the trailer for the new movie The Breakup, with Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston? It looks super-funny. I love the part in the trailer:

Aniston: I think you're just a little embarassed that Nick kicked your ass.
Vaughn: There's a really big gap between getting your ass kicked and having a dancing sprite fool you with trickery and then strike your throat before you even know you're in a fight.

Vince Vaughn is comedy gold in anything he's in. Except for Be Cool, which was the worst movie ever made. I'm still trying to get the taste of that pile of crap out of my mouth.
 
I really liked this one. Vince Vaughn was great (as always), most of his lines had me in tears.

John: You look beat. Soft mattress?
Jeremy: Soft mattress? Yeah, it could have been the soft mattress. Or the midnight rape. Or the nude gay art show that took place in my room last night. One of those three probably contributed to the lack of sleep.

I loved how he took the painting with him. :lol:

And Rachel McAdams was way too ****ing cute. 👍
 
After several in here suggested it, I watched "Swingers" and I did not like it at all. If I heard "Your money baby" or one more time I was going to throw that dvd out the window. Keep in mind he was saying this to his guy friends. Sorry my girlfriend I think Vince is hilarious but we just found Swingers not funny at all.
The only part I laughed at was when he was playing the Genesis game against his friend and scored on him and kept replaying the shot. Thats the only time I laughed.
Wedding crashers is way better.
 
I forgot to mention, if you watch this movie dont watch the "Uncut" version. We just watched this this one it makes sense why the other version cut those parts out. Most of the scenes that are left on the "uncut" arent that funny.
 
Just watched the movie tonight, not bad. Some pretty funny parts, and overall, quite entertaining.
The never endling line of hotties was a nice added touch as well. The girl that Vinces character ended up with did the same too me as it did too him. Huge cutie, and every time she went nuts, it turned me on even more. I should start lookin for dates at the MH from now on, apparently thats where my type of girl lives/hangs out.

I guess I should've explained that Swingers isn't really a crazy comedy like Wedding Crashers... its just a bunch of buddies hanging out and being (single) guys. I guess its an acquired taste.

Wedding Crashers is a great film, very very funny, its great also that they did actually write over 100 rules of wedding crashing AND put them on the dvd extras, might have to learn a couple of them myself...
