WEDNESDAY Jaguar XJ13 Cup

This is a one make series using the Jaguar XJ13 (Chromeline Included), the specs are limited to 500 HP, 1000 KG & Racing Hard Tires. Weather change tracks would be dependent on what the weather is in the area

We are aiming for a 18 week season. The Special Top Gear Race will be held after all of those, it is just for fun and a light hearted way to end the season
This is a Wednesday series
All racing tires are allowed because the wear of Soft balances out especially on tracks with no pit roads.
All races will be held in open lobbies that are called Jaguar XJ13 Cup.
Rooms will have light damage (except for the special Top Gear race which will be on heavy) and light boost with no cautions.
Tire wear will be on for tracks with pit roads and off for ones without (except for the special Top Gear race which will be on).
The special top gear race will be held on a Saturday in May. It will be 100 laps and you can race as dirty as you want (So Demolition Derby style) except you may not go backwards around the track. If you stop at any point during the race you will be out. Last one alive wins
This is not a cut and dry race clean series, you may block and bump as long as you want. If somebody is to wreck (except for the Top Gear special race) you must wait where they are wrecked until they back on the driving line and accelerating.
If you feel you were wrecked and the person didn't wait, you may file a complaint with me and I will review it.

I know, nobody enters them, but this is my masterpiece of a series, it uses classic cars, DLC, Racing Tires & has a professional signup sheet
 
At what time?
 
Bit of advice mate, just stick to ONE race a week unless you get an unbelievable amount of interest. Otherwise even if you get 10-16 sign ups you'll get like 4-5 people turning up to each of the 3 races during the week.

Thanks, I will condense the days if it doesn't draw enough interest, but this site needs a good weekday (read not Friday, Saturday or Sunday) series

Fair enough, also picking the day right now will make people more open to signing up as they will know whether or not they can commit to the time.

I decided to make this a Wednesday series, I have another series in mind for Tuesday & Thursday with qualifying on Tuesday.
 
5pm EST? Who is this geared for? Unemployed/students only?
I'd be interested if this was after 7pm , had ~one hour races instead of two hours and was 'tuning prohibited'.

And any race on TG will turn into demolition at the cross-over.

Why would the Top Gear Special be on heavy? There's no pits. BOOM.

And unless wear is off you won't go 100+ laps without pitting, and the tracks have no pits.

Thats why its the Demo Derby special at the end, its for fun. The Top Gear British Grand Prix at the beginning will have no wear & light damage
 
London has no pits.
