Ha! That's what many people think (including a lot of bad web designers), especially those who have had broadband for a long time (like Klostrophobic... ). But, in reality, a only about 30% of all Internet users surf in high speed. Unfortunately you and MazKid are in a huge majority.

I'm very glad I'm part of that huge minority. I used to have cable, but now I'm on dsl. I hate it. DSL is fast, but once you have cable, you never want to go back.

No, especially not if you have a 56k modem! I was referring to many sites on the net (from extremely large sites like MSN to small homepages) that load up their pages with endless amounts of huge graphics, java applets, and other junk.
