I was told via PM that Kent seems to have lost his connection to the net and we cant have you guys going around the place in Limbo with nothing to race This should be a nice easy race to keep you lot content until Kent gets back online 👍 I'm sorry I cant post 105 results as I dont know them but I'm sure the Boss will be back soon and get everything back in order ... Well I only tried a few rally licence tests so far and so far nothing in free run, I can say that Rally in GT4 is far Superior to the Rally in GT4P and I think it is excellent so far and has great potential to make everyone better on the dirt.
S licence test 10 is at Grand Canyon and I beat that by 4+ secs very quickly ... I think that says it all other than you'll love it mate ... it's an amazing game that will leave you with something to do for many moons to come 👍

Not my kind of car,the handling is terrible.
Must be my inexperience with FF-cars,especially the settings.
But the replay of the beetle looks cool.

Just did a quick half hour before bed and wished I hadn't now. It's not about taming the beast but more like giving a spoilt little brat a smack on the back of the head to get him in line. I may give this another go later in the week but first I'll be taking it to a more forgiving track to work out how to get the damn thing to behave itself.

I ran only 3 laps and gave up : too much power for an FF.
I remember I had a 1'06.x but I didn't save anything. I though it was awful but it actually doesn't look so bad when I compare to your times.
I'll perhaps give it a second try.

So I won it a further 3 times only to be rewarded with Lupo Cup Cars each time! WTF? Is the car you win a random one of the 4 possible prizes or does it depend on how many points you win by etc?

The car you win is random. Save your game on the second to last race and if you don't get the Beetle Cup Car reset and try again. You can also get it for the Clio Trophy in Professional League.

Thanks for the tip. 👍 Thought about the clio cup but it'll take way longer. I can win the german tc by only running in 3 of the 5 races.

Edit: Just did what you said and get this. I got a: RUF3400, Astra touring car, Lupo cup car, Astra touring car, Lupo cup car, Astra touring car and finally the Beetle cup car! Suppose it'll teach me not to sell cars.

Beetle is OK, Ron. I just hate it
I simply noticed that with 40% more power than the Focus we had similar T3 times.
Probably due to the fact that the Beetle is FF.

I don't mind racing in the Beetle Cup Car, honestly, and I don't think deciding to change the car during the week is a good idea. It might give reasons to want to do it again in the future.
However, many of us are not racing this week due to GT4, and if many others have problems because they need to race a lot to win the car first, we might end up with only half a dozen racers.
To prevent this, I'll consider Ron's idea of changing the car and propose the Arcade Ruf 3400S.
Please no votes or other propositions, WRS is not a democracy and Ron is the one who decides for this week.

Is there any other way to see the T1 and T2 times other than when your doing the lap. Surely you don't have to make a note of them as your racing? Sorry, I'm new to WRS.

Also, if Mr P is the new WRS organiser at the moment do you think you could add me to the driver list if i pm'd you my qualifier time. (I sent a pm to Kent over a week ago and another a few days ago with my qualifier time and he's replied to neither. nor has he added me to the list) Thanks

Welcome to the WRS, Rob.

Please edit your time out of your post. We're not allowed to discuss full lap times, but only the splits.

You can see your splits in the Replay Theater.

If you have PM'ed Kent your qualifier, then just jump in the Arcade Ruf 3400S and give it a go. Just submit your time to Kent, before deadline, and he'll fit you in.
