Welcome, to Week 6 of the GTPlanet.net Abstract Competition!

The Rules:

  • Don't violate the AUP or TOS, or else your entry will be removed and you will be disqualified.
  • No images larger than 610 x 610 will be accepted.
  • If you have a question or problem about this competition please contact myself via; Private Messaging me, emailing me, or posting in this thread.
  • If your entry is over 610x610 I repeat - Your entry will be disqualified.

The Objective:
  • Have a maximum of 610x610 abstract entry by Saturday, August 28 2004. The poll will be posted shortly thereafter.
  • The theme of this week is: An entry that is composed of black and white, it cannot be 3D, it must be flat against a surface.

I made this one with Photoshop and AutoCAD... I never would have though that AutoCAD could create art...

Ive got the best idea, but i want to check with you sUn that abstract photography will be ok?? coz its not a 3d model and they can be black and white, duno let me know please :)

I'm suprised no one has entered a drawing or photograph in the abstract comps yet.
 
There already are photo and drawing comps. :dunce:

Viper Zero asked me the same thing, and yes you can. As long as maybe you manipulate it abit, so were not taking over Joel's photography competition.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to try this for one week. :)

Same here too, I had to format my pc and my flatmate has got my cd with photoshop cs on it at the mo but next week i will be back in buisness, so make it a good theme next week sUn ;)
 
LOL i was only joking sUn ur Themes are always interesting and good to do, in fact sometimes they are a challenge wich is good. But if a suggestion was to be made my me it would have to be, instead of choosing colours or things like this why not base some of the abstract art comps on things like games or cars or manufacturers of cars somthing like this, but this is just a sugestion not a request, just keep up the good work this is the best run competition on the forum, im in next week.
 
I know I'm serious, I'd love suggestions for the themes. Usually I end up thinking of the theme when I'm creating the weekly thread. :D
