Weekly challenge completion rewards

The past few weeks I will complete all 5 weekly challenge races but never recieve the final completion ticket. I recieve the 3 cash prizes but no ticket. Wondering if its a bug or just something I'm doing wrong. I havent changed my consoles timezones or done anything that should affect it.
 
It’s only 3 prizes for the weekly challenges! There is no final completion ticket!

Those cash Prizes are all you get for completing them (They being tickets themselves), there are no completion tickets.
