Driven the Porsche on MP, managed 2:02 on hard so 2:01 should be possible with soft or medium. Need to see if its ok for a 1stop on softs 🤔
Well done getting into the 01s on Hards. I could probably attack more than I do across the top, but those walls are close and it doesn't seem worth it to me. I'm certainly not a quick driver either. I have been starting on Mediums and getting them to last to between Lap 7 and 8 and switching to Softs. In my experience, the Softs start falling off after the second lap on them.

Pffff, the new race at Green hell with the 700+pp Xia..momi already build a new thread as how about to win this race .
I think is the race that will take all the attention at these weekly races .

I don't know if I'm going crazy at this point, but is anyone also experiencing automatic braking using the Xiaomi? I was trying to do the one-make from last week but the car brakes by itself? Like the bar goes up by 2%. I thought it could be my pedals but it is detecting 0% brake pressure on both the wheel settings and the ingame settings. Plus, its only happening using the Xiaomi, raced with other cars and nothing happens

As this was the last evening before the end of the current weeklies, I pulled out the atomic weapon : Audi RS5
Was 1st a little after by mid-race and finished with 30s margin. Best lap 2:02.XXX

Could have done faster laps, 6th gear was too short and I was limited in the long straights.

Maybe I'll try later to win with the Porsche again.

That Daytona 950 pp race is easy peezy lemon squeezy with the base LM55 on low downforce + longer gears + short shifting on FM1.

Hards or Mediums would do.

Until I get my T598 back, will be sitting this one out. Just felt generous today.

Quite a fun week, good selection of races and the mission was interesting too. Sunday Cup needs a decently fast car although it was easy with the BMW M3 '89 that I used, probably overdid it a little. Clubman Cup is also fun despite being at a track I don't like, had a close run to the line to win in a stock GR Supra, AI can get in the way quite a bit around here and lose you a lot of time. The slipstream event was a nice callback to GT4 even if this one doesn't have the chicanes, simple and easy enough to do but also quite different to what we normally get so hopefully we get more stuff like this. WTC 600 has been talked about in another thread with some good suggestions for cars. For me a stock '07 Audi R8 was more than enough and a lot of fun to drive, I'm sure some people will come up with some crazy low PP cars to win even on hard. Gr.1 at Daytona can be annoying if you use a slow car and I made things harder using the 787B with no ABS, still had fun holding off the Nissan on the last few laps even if it did try to punt me at the horseshoe. Just pitted on lap 6 for fuel, didn't change tyres, need to run 1:33 laps or lower to have a chance.

This weeks cars:
