Weekly challenges and holiday login bonus.

So i received the first day's login bonus and was out of town the following day, asked my gf to hop on the world map to trigger day 2 for me and she said it didn't show anything. I thought nothing of it and when i got home a couple days later it still will not bring up the holiday login bonus. I did a couple races in the weekly challenges and noticed i was not receiving rewards even though the game is saying i did.

I read around and saw where people encountered this issue after changing date and time settings, i have not changed the date and time settings since i moved 5 months ago, it's set to automatic and was showing the proper time zone. I found that polyphony has no means of contact for support and went through the PlayStation support loop, tried everything suggested there and nothing has resolved this issue.

Now this week's challenges are also not paying out rewards despite saying they are and still no holiday login bonus in sight. I really would like to resolve this issue and maybe at least have the next batch of holiday login bonuses available since it is likely too late to make the first round.

I also don't see the new seasonal menu book anymore, don't know if that is normal. Also my daily marathon rewards are still showing up.

Has anyone else had this issue arise randomly without the whole date time settings scenario? Were you able to find any means of resolution through polyphony or PlayStation support?

It's also possible to trigger the bug by remaining within an active Weekly Challenge (and maybe the active Weekly Challenge interface) when the local clock ticks past midnight Friday morning to replace the set with a new set.

Generally it remains in place for the subsequent week but can also (for no reason I'm aware of) affect the following week too.

I think i was completely logged out of the game, any ideas about the holiday login bonus issue? Just wondering if the two are related or just a coincidence

I’m in the same boat as you. The last weekly binus I got was last week. And I think I got the first day for the holiday bonus but I don’t remember., I haven’t changed time time zones, so I’m not exactly sure what to do

The only other thing i can add is that i didn't purchase the power pack dlc yet and i'm not on PlayStation plus yet so I'm as close to offline as you can get in this current hellscape of live service gaming

I’m in the same boat as you. The last rewards for weekly was last week and I got the first day of the holiday bonus but that’s it. I’m not sure what to do.

I went through the runaround with PlayStation support since pd doesn't have any, either i misunderstood their suggestions or their suggestions were simply incorrect but if you want to try that route feel free, maybe if they see more having the issue they'll look into it but I won't hold my breath
