Weird and Serious error of Save and Load Data

i am using PS4 PRO
i have serious and confusing error , and i wonder if i can get any solution
when first time loading my data, it seems taken longer time as usual
and then when i have a data change even a bit (take photos, sport mode or even time trial), i cant get my daily workout
and even worse.... after every single changes, i can't load my profile, saving manual is always failed, and every get in to lobby or sport mode, it doesn't load at all.
the only thing i got is gold in career and the bonus car, but my achievement log is even disappear as if not exist at all

i tried my different account in same PS it is going well
and tried my main account to different console, it is going well as well

so i got no choice but reinstall a whole PS4 and it worked

one week later it suddenly happened again recently.

this is so frustrating.....
i don't even know how is this happened

do anyone have similar problem?
or do anyone has any solution?
it would be really helpful

Do you happen to use the cloud save feature? Wondering if your data got corrupted and uploaded and then synced back after you did your reinstall.

if there is any place where my data got uploaded which is corrupted.... it was GT sport server
i wish i can just ask them to check and recover it
since after my PS4 reinstalled... i took my whole GT sport save data from GT Sport server
