Ok. I was driving home from work the other day when I overtook a small sporty car. The back looked like a cross between a ZZ-S and a Lotus Elan. I couldn't put my finger on what it could be and hoped that I would find out when I passed it.

When I saw the front, I was utterly baffled. It had the nose of an old 70's F1 car. It was open wheeled with a front wing! I am looking on the net right now to find out what it was, but having no luck so far. Has anyone heard of this car?

That's exactly it! Thanks Dave!

What a strange car!

They're bloody quick, some of them have upwards of 340bhp and will hit 60 in under 4 seconds.

It's a Brtiish car, built by DJ cars who also offer Cobra replicas pre-built or in kit form. We have hundereds of oddball cars like the Kamala in the UK, when I get home I'll stick a couple of the more bizzar ones up. some are kit's some are manufacturer built, some are both.

that is a very strange car:scared:

in the first pic it just looks:censored:

It looks like a frog that was stepped on...

Weird car.. But the UK also has Sofas with engines and pizza-steering wheels, so why am I wondering? *Wishes he was there*

Here's one of the coolest cars you can buy over here, it's mid-engined rwd though the guy that builds these is actually based in America, we can get them over here.

And for good measure another car you can buy here that's great to look at.

Is that the MKIII Scorpion or the II? I know the MKIV went and ruined it by having 4 wheels.

The photo says its a mark III. The 4 wheeler looks daft!

And on the subject of 3 wheels

From here

 I've never seen that pic before, I've seen a Harper 55 before, or rather an accurate replica of one.

Hey, I saw a weird car the other day too, maybe you guys can help me out in knowing what it was. It had the front end of a mid-late 80's Mercury Topaz/Ford Tempo with the same tail lights, only it had a truck bed instead of a back seat and trunk. It wasn't a Ranchero, but was that style of car. Anyone know what I saw?

That is a Meyers Manx 2+2, an American car (well, buggy)!
Ahh I must be getting it confused with another one then. Theres one that looks very similar that's made over here.
