Weird GT4 glitch

Yes, I know it's 2018. But let's admit, we all still play the classic GTs.



So I've been getting this glitch where when I get a prize car, the car doesn't spawn on the prize car screen. When I click ok, the game crashes. (It doesn't save as well)


Any idea why this is happening????

Your PS2 disc reader is probably giving out. @JR98 had the same problem.

The disc could be going south as well, here is a link that will help you though if you want a quick around the problem.
