Weird message (Japanese)

Hello, i'm new on this forum. I'm from the Netherlands!

And.. i got GT5 Prologue two years ago. When i got bored i played GT5 P.
Now when I start up GT5 Prologue i must installed something or hdd? It took 15-20 minutes.. Then i got this message

Does anyone knows what this means?

Are you using a steering wheel? I think your controller timed out and disconnected itself. It asks to press the PS button to reconnect again
