That is true, well at least for me.
I woke up at 8:00AM this morning, took a shower, and even when my mother was making me breakfast (don't laugh) I turned on the computer around 8:15AM and logged straight into GTP. :)

You know what would have been a better prank? If jordan put up a page saying the site was shutdown, then after like 30 seconds it would redirect you the proper place :lol: but good one duke, I was thinking WTF? whos gonna yell at us now?

That would've been a complete disaster for me. GTP is the only forum on the net I visit, and I've made so many friends over here. Some very good people too. And if that really did happen.... :nervous:

Unless your April Fools joke was just another April Fools joke, and you actually are leaving. If that is the case, I'm just flat out confused.

Heh, sorry Duke, didn't fall for it ;), especially after reading about 2 dozen April Fool's jokes on the 'net. (Best one I've seen all day [actually, ever] was a joint effort by Mezzoblue and Stopdesign, though you have to frequent those sites to "get it").
 
Oh, I've had way too many of these leaving jokes pulled at a different forum (even not on April Fool's) that I already knew this was fake. :p You could've at least copied and pasted the code from your sig instead of double posting. :p

True, but it seemed a little abrupt, if you will. I have observed that people gradually have less time for GTP and are just around less, like you. It seems a bit untenable that anyone would one day just decide "well, that's it. I'm done".
