Well I just wasted 4 hours of my life

Just completed the nurburgring 4 endurance race and was happy to see that I advanced to a new level and everything and then waited for the menu to pop up to indicate I can return to the main menu. For some reason it didn't load and I was left waiting for 2 hours to see if this game would get its act together and let me leave. So I exit the game and reload it and it didn't register that I did the race.

Well done on another glitch PD 👎.
Let's just say that I'm not doing another endurance race for one its a waste of my life and two it probably won't show that ive done it.

I've done the race 14 times, once since Spec 2. Never had an issue.

People recommend disconnecting your console from the internet when doing endurance races, to prevent hangs and freezes caused by communication with the servers. I recommend keeping your disc clean too.


Remember, time that is spent is never wasted if you're doing something you want or something you can learn from.

Next time it stops like that anywhere, sign out of PSN. It always does the job, unless the PS button doesn't work, in which case, the game is frozen entirely.

Gotta be honest man I dont have sympathy for you. I had a power out while doing the 9 hour tsukuba with 72 mins left

**** happens, and definitely turn off the internet before you do an endurance.
 
I had the B-Spec Tsukuba 9 hour race running all day. Just checked it to see that I had 35 minutes left. Literally 2 minutes later my sister goes outside and ejects the disc to watch a dvd. :grumpy:

ive got the same loading problem after the vettel challenge
i was exiting the timetrial on the nürburgring and the game was endless loading so must be a rare glitch but it sucks ...

Not much, i I think around 700.000$. But you get a massive amount of XP, I was about 20% in on lvl38, after the race I must have only about 15% left on lvl38.
