Hiya! :D :O  Meow! (='.'=)

We need to calm down here a bit now. :) It is true that on this site, there are people who really DO own expensive cars and have many ways to prove it, unlike *cough* Gamefaqs! :yuck: I wish my Z28 would count....but its not expensive now :indiff: :O

Back on topic!

What do you fellow GTPlaneteers think about how much in repair cost is that Evo, up on the tree.... :O

Anyone who has actually driven an Evo will tell you it's no simple feat to cross one up. Unless he was swerving to avoid a deer or drunk-driver, this guy had way more car than he had sense or talent.

I agree. But we have to remember that this forum is full of car geeks that dont make enough money to buy a car like the evo.

I can think of 10 members of the top of my head that could easily afford an Evo, including your humble servant; and none of us would park it in someone's tree.

Hell, I think M5 could buy everyone here Evolutions. And he should.

Knowing Doug, he'd end up buying us all Subaru Justys.

I think he'd run out of Justys before he ran out of cash. Or those damn Volvo T850s or whatever.

I remember my dad had an old Subaru Justy that I would sometimes shift gears in. Ahhh memories.

My best friend back in Cincinnati drives a gunmetal Evo MR and he just loves playing with it. You want the back end out, it's out. You want to see if the next 25 mph corner can be taken at over 50 with the car actually starting to drift? Done! We managed to get the back end out almost 45 degrees and when he countersteered (at that time, he only had the car for 3 weeks), the car, pulling with the fronts, flicked all the way around, pulled quite literally a 360, and stopped.
