Yea there is a PS2 Game Shark just be sure you look at the version on the back of the box. I fI am not mistaken 1.8 is the latest version
The Lowest version you should get is V1.3, and yes there are some good Codes: Go to Game Sharks web site and you can find codes for ten trillion credits, golds for all licenses, golds for all races, and I found on an unrelated site, a code to stop the timers on all licence tests. Easy Golds!!!
