Went on a shopping spree last night

So thanks to my B-Spec grinders I was up to almost 14,000,000 Cr last night and decided it was time to start buying up cars. I ended up spending almost a hour and a half and 12,000,000 Cr to buy 58 cars from the Used and Online dealership!

Now here the question I have. Using the great GT5 Matrix Spec 2 v10 put together by garbuckle, I noticed I picked up 8 cars with a rarity of 10, 4 with a rarity of 9 and 8 with a rarity of 8. I am not 100% what this rarity represents. Is it the rarity they pop up in dealerships making them more valuable or does it represent something else?

Standards tend to have high rarity counts because no one buys them.
 
Yeah, rarity is more so on what people are willing to buy (and claim they have bought). So there are some cars that many may consider rubbish that appear rare, but aren't.

I bought up most of the online dealership last night. Each purchase takes seven clicks (eight if it is the 30th), and about 35 seconds. I'm sorry, PD, but your UI sucks!
 
Just noticed you got a Ford GT '02, nice find. Now THAT is a rare car. In my 900 or so game days I saw it once.

Very cool. Just wish you didn't crush me, thought I was getting some great finds.....lol
 
I know why the Daihatsu is top, you'd have to be insane to drive it :lol:

Its my OCD kicking in. Now that I have started collecting cars, I have to get all of them.

I'm the same. Started collecting RX7s, then Skylines, the MX5s, then thought bugger it and started buying everything... Up to around 820 cars, mostly standard as I figure the cars in the NCD will always be there. Every 5 race days I check the UCD, these days I'm lucky to have two in there I don't have...
 
If you see the Mitsubishi CZ3 Tarmac may sure to buy it!
That was one of the last cars I needed. Traded for it and the day after it turns up in my UCD.
Once you get down to the last few its time to start trading. Checkout the marketplace, they have everything and more!

Then you can start collecting the different colours,0/0/0 cars,touring car colour variations etc.....................

You call that OCD ? Wait till you make alts to go back and grind the GT expert seasonnals and pro/extreme A spec championship for lvl 12, 17, 21, 22 and 23 tickets to complete your last missing cars like I did :)

I'm only a Lister Storm V12 away from full standard cars collection
