Just did the Le Mans race in the dream car cship....it's CLEARLY raining, and the cars kick up a spray so I presume the track has moisture (because spray can only come from a wet track right?).

Did it on slicks 1st try......came 1st easily, no dramas

tried intermediates next, didn't work so well, very skittish still won. But didn't overheat??

Last try was full wets, undriveable, span off all the time.

So I'm sat there asking what is the point of wet weather? clearly it was wet, yet NONE of the wet tyres did any good at all!!!

It's because the grip reduction level in A-Spec is not set real. Try setting that real in practice mode and you'll see how important threads.
BTW I'm sure there will be plenty of people telling you to use the search function, which I won't.

use the search function :sly: JK :). Surprisingly I really haven't had to deal with much weather. The only race I've driven in the rain was at Monza in the Dream Car Series, and I used Racing Mediums for the entire race with no issues.

I did the Dream Car Championship today before work for the first time today. It was actually the first time that I have encountered wet conditions. I was having a hard time in my Zonda R and wet tires. I'll try racing slicks next to see if I see a difference.

Try turning off SRF and traction control ;)
