Today was supposed to be a good day.

I was getting my V3. And so I did.

I was heading home because I had a friend waiting at my house because it took me a while to recieve the phone.

As we're heading back (Me and my mom) we turn the corner, and a poor, homeless, 8 year old kid runs across the street without looking. And we hit him. All over his foot. Poor kid, he's 8, and there's nothing worse than being homeless and being hit by a car.

This was about 4 hours ago, my parents are still in the hospital (my dad came to the hospital from the office). They have to do all this legal stuff with traffic police (corrupt guys that want their quota filled). So its not looking good.

And I had a panic attack. And to top it off, some old guy started insulting us. I was an insult away from sending him to the hospital after such situation.

That's terrible, but such is life. At least he wasn't hurt worse.

Two friends of mine back in high school hit, and killed, a young kid who had jumped out between two vehicles parked on the side of the road. No legal/police trouble as it was ultimately deemed an accident, but the local ghetto trash gave them a little street justice at the scene of the accident before police arrived. They were both really messed up mentally afterwards - from the actual accident.

Best of luck to you, and your folks. And of course, to the injured kid. Some pretty crappy luck.:(

Thats horrible. I hope that the kid is alright, and that your family will recover from any injuries.

A Motorola RAZR V3.

Well, my dad called just a minute ago, before I was going to reply. He says the kid has no fractures, just some scrapes on his foot. They're going to clean it and wash them, and let them go.

Thanks Josh & TopHat. :)
