Seasonal B-spec. Just leave it running with some mega fast car and when you come back you'll have lots of credits.

I do that B-spec seasonal event with 10 laps of Suzuka for over 1,000,000 credits (at 200%). Just restart until the Ford GT is the #1 car, put your guy in the BMW McLaren F1 race car, and check in every 20 minutes to receive your million credits.
