What am I doing wrong to get the FGT?

I'm level 24 A-spec and 27 B-spec. I've been cycling the used car dealership for the past 3 days now and must have went through well over 100 FULL cycles. Is there a reason it hasn't shown up yet? I don't understand why this is part of the game. What a royal **** up by PD.
 
It will show up eventually, keep your hopes up! Do something else while you wait! Every loading bar counts!

The waiting sucks sometimes, I do know that, lol. I had that on my R8 for DTM.

But hey, if you had everything right away, we all would play something different by now, wouldn't we?
 
if it's all random, you'll have 6/800 chances or 3/400 or 0.75% chance it could be the next set of cars around
