I'm at 99.0% with only the Passage to Colosseo and Tokyo Endurance races left. I beat all of arcade mode on hard only (easy and normal circles got filled too) and i beat all of time trial with first place. I completed all of the beginners, amateurs, and pro league with all gold. i have all my licenses except they arent all gold. i heard gold on license tests isnt required for the 100% so im wondering what im missing. :confused: Is it arcade mode? thx ahead of time.
 
The 2 endurance races need to be done, you neeed to win all the races in arcade mode (i think) and you have to do the time trials in arcade mode. You won't see the 99.0% change until you get to 100%, some glitch or somthing.
 
ahh icic. So the glitch keeps its at 99%. thast koo then. ill repost if it still doesnt change after i beat the 2 enduros. i heard that beating the arcade on hard is good enough.
 
Yes, live4speed is correct.

THere is a glitch that causes the game percentage to stick at 99.0%. When you complete the last two enduro's it should click over to 100%.

Finishing the arcade races on Hard will do for hte single races.

The same thing happend with me. I had 4 enduros left and I was at 99.0%.. After each completion of an enduro my percentage didnt move.. But after getting all the races done it jumped to 100
 
dude dont you realise that 100% means you beated every thing
in the game.Just beat the rest.

What he ment was he knew that he still had the two to go....as he SAID THAT...But since he has 99.0% and each race it...wat...like...o.2% or soemthing liek that, he wanted to nkow what else he had to beat.
 
yea i meant what nate just cleared up. i just finished tokyo today which was my last enduro. i reached my 100%. WOOHOO now its time to dorifto all my cars. thx to the ppl who replied :)
 
If he hadn't, he'd be on 98.0%, not 99.0%.

It's already been answered anyway - it's just the game doesn't tick over any higher than 99.0% until you reach 100.0%.
