What are chrome line cars?

what are chrome line cars and where do you get them or how do you get them and how many are there?

Special DLC cars that you could only get from a special edition game (although one is acquired through different conditions). They're all road cars (apart from 1) with a couple of parts added on and slightly better specs than their normal counterparts. The Chrome Line cars are the Audi R8 5.2, BMW M3 Coupe, Mercedes 300SL, Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, the Shelby Cobra 427, and, through a Facebook application, you can also get an XJ13 Race Car Chrome Line. Which is eligible for the Historic Race Car Cup

I think that covers it for the Chrome Line cars...

The only caveats are that the XJ13 Chrome Line is EU only and someone would have to send you the download codes for the other chrome line cars.

My Chrome Lines came with my Collector's Edition, but I do not have the XJ13.

What is it about buying the codes off ebay? What do you do with the codes if you get one?

They are not. You redeem the codes at the PS Store when you get them. And no need to double post, just edit 👍.

Well you have to buy the code off eBay and then you enter the code in the PS Store. Be careful buying codes off eBay because they can easily be a scam.

They are more than likely not. Chrome line cars have a chrome stripe down the middle of them.
