What are chromline and stealth cars worth?

I just bought both packs and have just downloaded them OMG :drool: THEY LOOK AMAZING!!! In my garage can't wait to drive them. I think I got them for a really good price from ebay under £4 per car. What have others paid for them? I JUST WANT TO BE CLEAR I AM NOT ASKING ANYONE FOR MONEY FOR STEALTH/CHROME CARS!! I am just curious what other people have paid and want to know if i got a good deal 👍
 
Some people paid nothing for them, they had a better deal.
 
Others paid $40 in collector pack. How does that work? You pay some guy on e-bay, he dupes the cars and gifts them to you through psn?
 
Alls I know I got the codes they work and my garage now has all the stealth\chromeline cars in it :D fairplay if you got them free wow
 
As far as I know they can't be duplicated or gifted, you need to get the activation code for it.

Your right they can't be duped or gifted only activated by code 👍 :)
 
sweet deal I s'pose. I know the info is out there, but what's the difference besides rebuild costs and paint?

euh nothing.
got a stealth GT-R500 as a preorder bonus
and a few chrome line cars with the collecters edition (which I bought for the APEX book)

I would never pay for a car pack even if they where premium

I think you can modify them differently? I haven't played around with them yet
 
They're worth as much as someone is prepared to pay for them. Nothing more, nothing less.
 
The Signature Edition was reduced in price.
Not sure about the Collector's Edition.

Yes, but who's? Do they belong to gamers that decided to sell rather than redeem? Or does pd sell them?
 
I had gotten the CE or whatever was sold in the US. I did not know it came with cars and such. I just wanted something for the shelf in my man cave/game room/theater room.

So when I got the Chrome Lines for free I was tickled. Then got anothe code from Amazon for the Stealth SLR I think it is. Now that car was a blessing. I was able to knock down some races with it.

Now fast fwd a month, my kids 8-10 are kinda fighting me to play GT5, knowing I was going with a G27 and custom cockpit on the holidays, thought it be best to get my kidsa PS3, GT5, and a DFGT wheel for Christmas. Excellent idea BTW. So I get it all going and they want the Chromeline cars in their garage. I was like well let me load my name first as main user. So I did and put my game save on there. BAm all cars good to go. They decide they want to start fresh on their own account. So I make them an account and to our dissappointment no Chromeline cars.

We let slide, me thinking the disc had to be responsible for why the cars were not on there. A little GTPlanet reading told me that the new PS3 needed the cars DL'd onto the HD from the PS Store. So I logged into my account went to my DL's and DL'd them.

Go back to other account on PS3 and BAM all my free cars were there. MAde me and my sons pleased to know the cars were ours and we could use them on any PS3 we wanted.

So on that, if you got them and want to share with friends, go to their house, log into your account, got to store and DL them. Erase you account info and username and he will then have the free cars.

As well willing to buy any good Stealth models for US based game, not wanting to deal with ebay and getting the shaft.
 
I got stealth codes with the apex book for £15 from ebay. Then I bought the sig edition.

Im not sure how the people on ebay get hold of the codes. I have seen some sellers selling multiple sets of codes aswell
