What are museum cards and where to view or find them?

Hi, sorry for a stupid question.
I've been reading about museum cards in marketplace. I do not see museum cards anywhere in my current game.
What is it, how does it look like and where can I find it?
Is it restricted to some version of gt5?
A screenshot would be great.
 
Basically, theyre little fun facts and pics of old cars for various makers throughout history. i like them, they give good insight and pics I would never find on my own.
 
Problem is I looked in items. I don't have it there. Got gears, outfits, tickets, horns, paints etc but no museum card.
Also when I log in, there is no mention of museum card. Just paint and login bonus. When I buy the cars, same thing. Got horns and matte or chrome paints only. No museum card.
Is it possible my version of the gt5 (Asia) has no museum card?
Can send me one museum card to see if it can be received at all? I can send u one tradeable car in exchange. Btw, I likely can't receive for probably this week as I suspend suzuka at lap 42/172. Will take time.

The asian version (r3 disc) has no museum.
