B belzebutt Messages 17 Mar 2, 2011 #1 What is the hp/weight compared to the Formula GT cars and do they lap faster than Formula GT?
Felix Messages 481 Hereford Messages Fellix79 Mar 2, 2011 #2 IIRC the weight was about 780kg and the bhp is about 700bhp. That's what the FIA regs are, but I might be out slightly. The weight is min weight + driver.

It's been covered a couple times. If you search you should find a few threads with a couple dozen posts each covering the pros/cons. In general, the FGT has more straightline speed, but the Formula 1 cars have more downforce/grip.
