What are the two gauges above the gas gauge?

There is one that is 5 segments of blue bars that slowly deplete,
and there is another one that is either red if you are pressing the
accelerator, or blue if you are not pressing the accelerator. My hunch
tells me that these are some sort of Hybrid Battery gauge, the first time
I saw one was on the Honda CR-z

Am I right?

You are.

If the indicator is read, you're drainign the car's batteries, if it's white, you're charging them (while braking, for example).
The segmented gauge is the current power left in your batteries.

Which depleted before by the end of the fourth lap on Tokyo R246 in the seasonal event for me, by the way :D

God, I hate hybrids...
 
I only have drive 2 Hybrid yet, the Prius, wich is boring to hell to drive even fully tune, the motor wont rev past 5000rpm, and the AWD Acura DN-X, damd I love that car, all it does is accelerate till you have to brake to take a corner!!

lol, why would anyone take a prius to the track? :)
The DN-X is nice. and the citroen GT is Great!!
