Power usually decreases well before the oil light comes on. Try changing the oil now and it should give you a small boost in power.

I´m sure it would, but since I changed the oil already at 0.0km I really want to see how long it´ll take until the next change is due.

I don't think the oil light works properly or at all. I oil changed my Toyota Minolta at under 100 miles, now done 2000 miles, I noticed power goes down about every 50-100 miles and have to change the oil. I tried to go as long as possible without the oil light coming on, and got bored as I did about 200 - 300 miles and it had lost power way before and oil light didn't come on.

Trying to get the one-make trophy using the Aventador like the tutorial video, but it doesn't want to pop. I have no idea why, I'm letting the AI car go ahead coming out of the chicane, and the second time, I didn't pass him until after the last sector marker to get ready for the chicane (won that one by .004), but it still didn't give it to me.

The very first oil change under 100 miles you did it because of power loss or oil light?

I think your right, although my test isn´t under race conditions, which would speed up the need for fresh oil. I remember GT4 and 5 you had the oil light going on after around 800km under race condition.

I'm currently building up some of the hybrids I bought awhile back. In doing so I might've built some potential sleepers for their respective PP levels (370-450 incase anyone's wondering).

Power loss.
I checked my Evoque again, well either I just didn´t remember right distance or I somehow lost data. It showed 3,454km (not 7,000). Anyway I can say pretty certain now that the oil light doesn´t work, I mean after such distance... In GTauto it says oil is good, too. But rigidity is "starting to get worse".

the probably figured they had "time" to fix it.

After reaching 5,000km the oil light now went on! GTauto now saying oil "condition is starting to get worse"

Range Rover Evoque with 0.0km has 176 kW (239 hp)
after oil change (0.0km) 192 kW (261 hp)
and after 5,072km now showes 182kW (248 hp)

I'm working on the same thing I worked on with GT5, which is Suzuka Circuit time trials with cars straight from the dealership with the addition of Sport Hard tires if not already equipped. I did well over 600 cars in GT5 as a trial run for GT6. I'm up to 160 cars so far and have an Excel spreadsheet "leaderboard" of sorts. I will make a thread when I am all finished and I will encourage members to beat my times and post replays or pictures as proof. I save all my best lap replays.

One thing I missed from GT5P were the "Concept by GT" cars that were tuned versions of different cars in the game. So in GT6, I'm making my own out of cars I like. Now if only we could put that Gran Turismo window decal on our cars...

Some were saying that the oil and body rigidity counters were swapped.

Chevrolet El Camino "DrifTruck" and '70 Nova Trans-Am racer. Just need a setup and tuning parts for the truck.

Finished some of the Super Races. Currently tuning cars in the 450-500 neighborhood to be exactly 450, 475 or 500pp for online racing. The time trialing them at Bathurst or Grand Valley East.

Been racing online mainly ever since I unlock the S series races. Completed 3 of the events so far and they are pretty fun. Also i been buying cars left and right. My most recent car I brought is the ford focus st 13 which is a beast when it comes to 500pp races online.

I've now got the platinum trophy (I say now, it was actually last year), I will now work on bouncing around between online lobbies racing for fun :)

I got my copy for Christmas so I'm quite early in the game. Trying to do as much of the game as possible using clutch, H pattern shifter and cockpit view. Currently really enjoying the Night Masters - I did Willow first using a Honda NSX and now using a Lancia Stratos for Mount Panorama - that car is lovely round that track - use sport soft rear tyres and sport medium fronts. It is very nimble, but I keep making mistakes and haven't managed better than second place so far.

Found several good cars and several not so good while testing today. One of the best surprises was the 6 speed (Tacoma I believe it is). For the 500pp class that thing has powerful acceleration. Loses a little in corners but flat out straight line it's hard to match. A big disappointment was the Super Leggare. Maybe a transmission tune would help but it can't keep up with the pack. Added about 6 cars to the stockyard today (9 total). Super Bird was pretty good too after adding the customizable transmission. It along with some other just need tuning to be competitive. That's why I've started working on a "Tuning Matrix". A one or two page spreadsheet with two columns primarily understeer/oversteer and items to do to handle each situation through each component (tranny, LSD, Suspension..etc).
