What are your staples?

You know. What do eat regularly? Growing up, my family ate a lot of Spaghetti with meatballs. I never eat that anymore.

Things I eat regularly now:

Steak.
Shish-ka-bobs (sp?)
Itallian Sausage.
Bratwurst.
Tuna.
Eggs.
Cauliflower.
Zuchinni and squash.
Mushrooms.

Those are the staples of my diet as of late. And made-from-scratch waffles with pecans every Sunday morning. Mmmmm... waffles :drool:
 
Water, tea, coffee, cereal, bagels, cold cuts, ground beef, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, sourdough bread, pears, plums, pasta, potatos, and rice.

tortilla chips & salsa
 
Protien shakes,
Skinless chicken breast,
Steak,

Fruits
Pancakes

From the sound of it all it's all actually quite good. Lots of spices and herbs to add flavors.

I'd think with your screen name you'd say a few locusts every now and then.

Even though coffee isn't food (yes it is) I have to add it.
And these little Dove Bar bite thingies. So good.
And I forgot peanuts, too.
 
Wow. I eat anything that looks good. But really.

Coffee.
Bagels.
gatorade.
Mountain Dew.
Steak.
Cashews.
Triscuts.
hot pockets.
pizza bites.

Pretty much junk food. But I go running for anywhere between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 miles so its not shuch as strain on my system.

KFC Popcorn Chicken
Dr. Pepper
Hot Chocolate
Reese's Puffs
Cocoa Puffs Milk and Cereal Bars

I'd like to think that I eat a relativly large variety of foods, but some things I couldn't live without:

Pizza (preferrably stuffed-crust)
Buffalo Chicken Strips from Denny's
Buffalo Chicken anything (pizza, salad, sandwich)
Popcorn
Mashed Potatoes
Orange Juice
Ice Cream
Cheeseburgers
Yogurt
Cheddar Cheese
Mac and Cheese (any kind, but preferably the normal Kraft stuff.)
Hot Sauce
Ranch Dressing
French Fries

This could go on forever...
 
  • Banana bread (yes, you read that right... I have it for breakfast every single day)
  • Cheese - whether by itself or in a meal, I seem to always be eating cheese
  • Other dairy products
  • Cookies

That's really it for "staples"... the rest of my diet is quite varied.
 
  • Spaghetti, Ziti, Ravioli and other pasta products
  • Cheeseburgers
  • Tuna fish
  • These awesome coconut and chocolate chip cookies
  • Clam Chowder. Lots. Just about everyday after school I have some. Campbells isn't bad for out of the can stuff.
  • Milk. I love milk with everything.

Sour Cream & Chives Pringles too.
