Okay, here's where I date myself.

the last time i was on a skateboard was last week when i accidentally stood on my daughters in the hallway while carrying a large load of laundry.....i nearly broke my bloody neck...

w00t.

  • Deck: Element Bam Margera Free & Easy
  • Trucks: Blue Tensor Mids
  • Wheels: Pig 54mm/Soon to be Spitfire Thin Shanks 49mm
  • Bearings: Red Bones

i dont like thin wheels... im not so sure i like my light knights, actually... (but theyre rated the best wheels made) i think i like my generic ones... they came at like 55's, then i got them used when they got worn down to maybe 62's.... i find they give more stability and traction... i find that i slip on thins (anything under 55mm)... But my atm is killer... ive rode it in the rain and snow (CANADAS SNOW!) and ive never dried it out after... also, i find my empire abec 3's better than my new cyclone abec 5's. the empires are faster and more smooth, and they are low maintenance, but im gonna start spraying them with WD-40 so they can last longer... I also noticed that the WD-40 is A LOT more effective than the high-speed lubricant specially made for bearings, so give that a try!!!

wheels: dont know, got them years ago never ever replaced them
