What car has the highest RPM, Alpha 155 Touring Car?

I'm playing on my Dreamcast using original disks but a burned Bleemcast disk, not that that matters... I was wondering what the highest reving car was the RPM gauge on that car ends at 16,000 rpm. Does anyone know of anything higher or close, I just love the sound!!! First post thanks for any response, BTW **** the ESCUDO cheaters car lol... Oh where can you win the Alpha 155 Touring car from the second to last super licnse test? Thanks
 
you can buy the 155 touring car from the Alfa Special lot, I believe. And I think it's the highest RPM, though there's a couple others that go quite high. The Calibra was it? Spoon Civic, too.

And not only does the 155 touring car sound great, but it also absolutely rocks as a racer!
 
At the Alpha dealership it says 439hp, but at the second to last super license test, Rome-Night, it says 544hp... Is is the same car, or is it unique to the license test? I gotta save some cash and buy it, maby the hp is mis-listed.
 
The hp at the dealership are not always correct. ;) Very many cars have that ... let's call it 'problem'.
 
Kinda off topic but that 89 Mazda Protege 4-door sedan with 370hp @ 1966lbs upgraded is a pretty badass car for a cheap used beater i would recomend it to someone starting off or just to blow off gt40's and laugh my ass off... Selling Value: 825$

Actually, it does. At the top of every Gran Turismo Series subforum, there's a sticky which states that emulation of any kind is akin to piracy, discussion of which contravenes the AUP. Also, discussing p2p and/or illegal streams of television programmes and films are frowned upon.

So just keep things like that to yourself in future.

As it happens, I was always amazed by the sound of the Alfa and Calibra. I also thought it was weird that the Alfa revved as high as 16,000rpm. I didn't really understand it as a kid and thought that that meant that it was the most powerful... but it was a pretty darn good car!

So is using a Bleemcast disk piracy, or just the fact that i burned the Bleemcast disk? I'm sure you know Sony sued Bleem into oblivion, so there not even around, even though the court declared Bleem did nothing wrong. Sony even agreed to pay their 2,000,000$ legal fees if they never released their mostly completed psx loader. Not trying to break rules or start a fight just honestly curious...

Hi madmax, thanks for the data, I would like to know how you got these values, why I see 2 RPM values (torque, horsepower) but no value that you posted above

He probably just test drove all those cars and looked what the RPM goes up to in the HUD.
