What car would you want to see?

In a lottery give-away? Preferably Premium, and I'm thinking: Silver Chrome with Gold Chrome painted rims. Would you want it tuned, or completely stock?

Also, what would you rather do to win a car:
1. Send Paint Chips for a chance to win?
2. Same Car, Completely Stock, Same Course: lowest time wins?

The first idea is doctorg's that some people have adopted.
The second idea has probably been done before, but I plan to do if enough people want it.

I like this idea. Though this would be more about skill, not luck. A submission lottery would be completely about luck, giving more people a fairer chance to win.
