What cars from the movies would you like to see in GT4/GT5?

I did do a quick search and I couldn't see anything about movie cars sorry if it's been posted before, I thought it might be interesting to see what cars from the silver screen people would like to have seen in GT4 or would like to see in GT5.

I just picked some of my favourites I deliberately didn't go for the DB5 from Goldfinger and the car from Bullitt etc, great cars but these are my personal favourites.

Here's a few I'd like to see:

1. 1957 Plymouth Fury from John Carpenters “Christine”
2. 1963 Trans Am from Smokey and the Bandit
3. 1967 Plymouth Valiant from Duel
4. 1978 Jaguar XJS from Return of the Saint
5. 1982 Pontiac Trans Am Knight Rider
6. 1987 Aston Martin Vantage V8 from The Living Daylights
7. 1996 Peugeot 406 from Taxi 1998
8. 1997 Volvo C70 Coupe from The Saint
9. 2004 Ford Crown Victoria from Taxi 2004

What are your choices?

That black one from "The Wraith"....

[Edit:] Just found a site where a guy is restoring one of the original cars from the movie - A Dodge M4S Interceptor Turbo... Awesome Linkage of the Day

Excellent stuff!! 👍

I'd love to see: the Alfa Romeo Montreal and the Porsche 911S from the Marseille Contract (70s film with Michael Caine); the entire car cast of the original Italian Job (Lamborghini Miura, Jag E-type, Aston DB4, Fiat Dino coupe, the minis, and sundry police liveried Alfa Romeo Giulia saloons); the Ferrari Daytona from the Gumball Rally, and especially McQueen's Mustang from Bullitt.

And if anyone ever put an AC 428 or a Maserati Ghibli in a film, I'd have them too...

the 406 here was gray, but i lightened it up.

Cool! how do you get that you can't just buy it can you? I brought a 206RC I'm pretty sure I never saw a 406 on the list, maybe I need better glasses.

...just because I want to drive it under an 18-wheeler... or off a hay bale... nice driving, that show...

Definitely Nash Bridges' custom 'Cuda.

I think it's a bit late to ask what cars you'd like to have had in GT4 :sly: (from the movies or otherwise), so I think this thread would be better off in the (new) GT5 section?... 💡

WHATS GOING ON????

Page 2 of this thread and nobody has mentioned the car wich alot of us on here grew up wishing we could have! what am i talking about............

THE BATMOBILE!!!!!!!

"Dragula" from "The Munsters". Plus, their family car.

The "A Team" GMC Van.

Ford Toreno of "Starsky and Hutch"

The "Ghost Busters" Caddy.

The 68 Dodge Charger R/T and 67 Bullit Mustang from "Bullit."

All the cars in "Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry."

The Blues Mobile.

James Bond's DB5 from "Goldfinger"

The Mystery Van from "Scooby Doo."

Penelope Pit Stop's car from "Wacky Speed Racers"

The Mach 5 from "Speed Racer"

Fred's car from "The Flintstones"

(I don't give a crap if the last few cars are cartoons...)

Solid Lifters
Ford Toreno of "Starsky and Hutch"

I've never understood the hype about that car. Starsky (or was it Hutch) used to stand there saying "it's a classic" and I'd be saying "no it isn't. It's a rather poor pony car from a time when American cars were emasculated and rubbish..." So it doesn't go, it doesn't handle, it looks ungainly and it's got a stupid stripe down the side...
