What cars to use?

I have only 3 events left before I can make it into the GT World challenge. However I'm not sure which cars to get for the remaining races. Can someone help me out? Here they are: Boxer / Spirit
World Classics
Supercar Festival
 
Check Der Alta's Compendium or Famine's "walkthru"
However, Famine is one of the better drivers around here. So, with Famine's walkthru, realize that you may have to add a bit more power to your car.
I'm fairly sure that Der Alta (who is also a very good driver) takes this into account for us mediocre drivers.
 
For the Boxer/Spirit I used the RUF 3400S.

In the World Classics I used the old Nissan Silvia (CSP311) '65 in a long, long hunt for A-Spec points :D. The E-Type Jaguar would be a very easy winner in this one (I have a long list of eligible cars if you want to see what you could use).

For the Supercar Festival, the Aston Martin Vanquish was used, suitably modified for 200 A-Spec points.

I have fairly detailed notes of my runs in these series if you would like to see them to get an idea of what the opposition is like. All were done with an eye on maximising A-Spec points so, in each case, it would be possible to reduce the handicap by adding more power, better tyres, less Ballast etc.

It's okay my friend - it's been a while since we shared a track together so I don't hold it against you :lol:.

I spend much more time honing suspensions these days than I did even in the WRL and don't do an awful lot of OLR anymore.
