What conditions grant the 1000 ticket?

Ok I just completed the new Supercar Nostalgia Rome event, and when I came back to my home screen I received a 1000 ticket, and I'm not sure why because I mashed the button too fast and all I saw was 1000 ticket. Also incase anyone is wondering the car I received from the ticket was a Suburu Legacy B4 2.0GT Spec.B '03 269HP 1430KG 445PP.

Anyway, my real question is, what conditions grant the 1000 ticket? I know 1000 cars, but I'm only at 648 now, also I'm only 812 wins, and 110,080.1 miles driven. Can anyone explain why I might have received the 1000 ticket?

it usually comes after taking part in each 100 races AND/OR[not sure which] every 1000miles/km driven ..

but for me i dont always get one.. 794 wins, 62,000 km, only 2 ticket 1000's *facepalm*

after each 100 races or 1000 miles? could have been the 1000 miles thing, i did drive the SSR5 track before I checked the mileage. Although if that is the case I should have received more than the one I've gotten.
