Well, I have good news and bad news concerning this game. Just this past Saturday evening, I finally beaten San Andreas. The bad news? I tried to reload my game, and the loading failed! Can you believe that crap? I played through the entire game with just one save file. So all the ones telling me that I need a new Memory Card to fill all the way with San Andreas, I think I proven them wrong that only one file can be put on to be used throughout the game. I've played Final Fantasy 3 (Final Fantasy 6 - Japan) and I played so long trying to find everything, and the clock read 99:59. I completed San Andreas for over 84 hours doing bonuses and finding everything, making money, completing the final mission... all to have it gone. I'm already awaiting GT4, so what do I do now: replay the entire game (all at least 80 hours), or just be proud to beat the game and move on to some other game I haven't beaten yet?
Loved San Andreas. It brought so much variety that it almost completely overshadows Vice City. C.J. goes from a dude who left Los Santos for Liberty City, all to come back and be rich and made. The final mission took a lot out of me and really challenged my endurance. In fact, I'd call the final mission a big mini-game because it seemed like its own game. You know, go to the final showdown, go through the building, beat the big guy, get out, chase someone, take down people from behind and above... all into one mission. It felt like its own game.
So once again, what do I do now? Replay the entire game or leave it alone and celebrate?
