What do I do when this happens?

What do i do when a guy refuses to take it to Private Message.....we were having an argument that had nothing to do with the Thread.....I decided to take it to PM.....He decided to respond to that back in the Thread again....refusing to take it to PM. What do I do or what can i do?
 
Leave it alone and don't bother to argue back. If the other person has stopped then maybe it's a sign that he/she is being mature and will walk away from it (the argument), if not, you can drop it yourself and show your own level of maturity by not justifying him/her with a response.

Use the report button if you feel he's trying to derail the thread, or simply walk away.
