The one i've seen for sale has the latest intel I7 processor, 8gb of RAM, 1gb NVidia graphics card and a 640gb raid hard drive in it.I can get it for £450 second hand.It has hardly been used aswell.Comes with 10 games too.

As with all Alienware stuff, it looks good and if you don't feel confident in building your own system its a reasonable choice but if you did put together a PC yourself you would get more bang for your buck.

£450 is a decent price for the spec, it would probably cost you that to build an equvalent PC but once the Steam machines properly come out I think they would be a better choice because the interface is excellent and they should be more performance efficient.
