what do you? Mine would have to be damage. :D

Pit Men :D

Askia, there are other GT4 threads but no what do you want most?..

Good Thread Meme

Pit men would be good but would having those in game cause graphical flaws else where in the game

But it would be good to see if they could pull it off :D

Why is everybody so hung up on a working pit crew? That would add nothing to the game at all IMHO and would be expensive to implement.

What I would like to see most is more variety. Really, most of the series races throughout Amateur and Pro are just repeats of the same things over and over. And then you have to do it again in Arcade mode. Some ways to improve it:

1) Better 'themed' series - British cars only in the British Cup, American cars only in the Stars & Stripes, etc.

2) A wider variety of tracks - short and long, etc. Each track has its nuances, yes, but are Trial Mountain and Deep Forest all that different? Moe real tracks would help, too.

3) Autocross competition - a great way to learn car control. VERY tight, twisty courses with sub- 60-second lap times. Easy to model (a parking lot and a lot of cones) and quick to run. A great laboratory for trying handling setups and driving techniques.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm What sort of flaws? Why would there be flaws??????? :thatsodd:

more tracks please, it´s always the same midfield, midfield backwards, deep forest and this **** backwards too...oh oh ... :thatsodd:

what about som`german tracks (for dtm races or v8star) like
lausitz speedway or nürburgring (hockenheim 4 sure) ?

suzuka japan would be an idea, too. :p

More cars, more tracks, want damage, AND chicks! (starts stomping hardly)

I'd like to see online play more than anything else. :)

Online play would be a MUST. In fact I would hope that they would offer a boadband/harddrive package with GTN/GT4. Maybe it wouldn't fly, but I could think of a lot of people who would be interested in adding a broadband adapter and a SCSI drive to their PS2 for some serious GTN activities... ;)

Welcome to :gtp: :D Yeah I was thinking the same thing. :thatsodd:

Okay...I've been reading a lot of the wants and wishes for gt4, and personally, I think a lot is idiotic. Let me explain...

First and foremost...Cars. A rant to oth the forumgoers and PD. For PD, we need more cars. But VARIETY. We don't need a whole bunch of imprezas and lancers, two of each would suffice. More cars, more dealerships, more european and american cars. Bring back race mods. More on cars later...

Damage. In my opinion we shouldn't waste disk space on damage. I'm sure all of us have bumped into cars by accident or for competitive edge once or all the time in their career. Save that disk space for more tracks and cars.

Tracks. MORE, I'm tired of racing the same races over and over again in a series. Much more tracks. Each with variable time of day...To be able to race each in dawn, afternoon, dusk, and night. Put the quarter mile in arcade two player. Have an ultimate power race. 20 "sectors" of just straight line, power and drafting is key. Possibly have a cross-seattle race with different routes possibly.

The suggestions of future cars. Some of these are plain stupid! Pickups, station wagons, SUVs, bikes etc. Sorry kids, this isn't the deerhunter, soccer mom, bling bling autoX, this is gran turismo, REAL racing. And bikes...if you want bikes go get a motorcycle game. The physics for bikes would never be realistic. I suggest a wider variety of RACE ORIENTED cars. Not just RACE cars but cars raced predominantly in the past, like the majority of GT cars thus far...

Sponsorship and paint schemes. I think that race cars should come in a wide variety of sponsorship schemes. That can be changed when you buy the car or take it to a tune shop possibly. This'll add a bit of personal touch to your car without taking up too much disk space.

Anywho...more rants when I return this afternoon.

I was thinking more so 3 discs...one for arcade, one for road racing, one for rally.

Yes but that makes for a better game in general with larger spaces for improvement.

Fine...then sacrifice the room needed for all wanted changes and improvements...Your choice.

But GT3's graphics are good w/o the disc swap. ;)

Unlike you...Most here want a lot more than graphics...They want cars, tracks, etc. One disc won't suffice.
