What does a ticket 1000 get you?

What cars does a ticket 1000 get you? Is it more worth it to use the ticket 1000 for myself or to try to trade it for something that I want? In other words how valuable is this item on the trade market?

You could trade it cause most people back up their saves before they use it. I've gotten a Toyota X-Runner and some like 85 daihatsu from my 2 so...trade it
