I enjoy the track immensely. It reminds me of mount panorama in Australia. It is fast flowing and plenty of variation to the corners. Some suck you in, they litterally beg you to drive cater but when you do the car just understeers if your lucky.

My favourite fictitious track in the game by far. The choice of car and tyres make this a proper test of driving.

You can get 2 wheels of the road but that's racing.

Yea this track is very good! Online racing would be nice on it.

I did some laps on it, it´s very fast and difficult but i like it. I just need to take some laps when i do have more free time.

I hated it first but its actually seriously good fun when you are nailing every turn because its so difficult

I love the track!

Really good fun and satisfying when you get the hang of it and find the rigt line.

It's extremely technical from start to finish so you really need to think about your lines and combined with the car and tyre choice it's a real drivers event and is perfect for GT academy as it will easily separate the people that are just good at racing games and the people that are good as an actual racing driver.

Shame I don't really have enough practice on the wheel or even get that many laps in with college and work though... Maybe next year :)

The double (even triple) apexes in many corners make it very interesting. It reminds me of one track I've been driving in real life, the Circuito del Jarama, not because of the layout or the looks of the track, but because of its double apexes in turns 3, 7 and 10.

It's a pity he didn't choose the Toscana theme, it's much more interesting than the Eifel. Hopefully next time. With a few more locations and options the track creator will be an incredible tool to use, it'll get better and better - fingers crossed. :)

Hardly makes much difference what the theme is when the dole purpose is a Time trial. As long as it's a challenging track with plenty of variation in corners I couldn't care less what's beyond the white lines :)

I love the track, but I hate the starting point. Every other track when you do time trials, gives you a run up to the last corner so you have proper speed down the start finish straight. On this track I usually turn the car around and go back, instead of wasting time doing a lap that will not have the best chance of being fast.
I enjoy the track besides that.

It's okay,, some good sections and some infuriating ones, but you have to run two wheels off the road quite often to be fast, which I don't think is great..

Most race series a car is allowed upto 2 wheels off the road why should the TT be any different. The is some corners where massive time can be found and some that will cost time. Again it's down to driver skill and application not who can rag a car as hard as possible

Will probably take nearly a lap to brig your tyres upto temp anyway so I just keep going although I agree I'd prefer if they started you just before the last double right rather than half way through it so you can get a proper run up down the straight even it it's only an outlap.

Otherwise, I'd prefer to start from the pits.

I think that there is no such tyre simulation (temperature, wearing out, etc) in this time trial.

I actually love the track. It is fun and challenging and seems to have every type of corner you can think of. Thumbs up from me 👍

I think I just find the off-track too smooth, which is clearly a flaw with the track generator, it can't put kerbs in the right places very well either. It should be less forgiving and a bit more dramatic to be foot to the floor at 100mph with 2 wheels on the grass.

I'm not saying it's against any rules, unless you're cutting corners you can have as few wheels as you want on the road usually, because it will be far slower. It just doesn't feel realistic to be doing it intentionally so often throughout a single lap.

I know what you mean but with the open diff the car seems to have I have gone down the road just spinning one wheel after touting the dirt at the wrong time

You don't have a chance on the first lap anyway, because your tyres are too cold. So you just may as well use the first lap to heat them up.

Is this true? Second time I read this in this thread. I thought that there was no such tyre simulation (temperature, wearing out, etc) in this time trial.

Any confirmation?
