What does it take for you to use other players' Bobs?

I have a level 6 and 8 Bob.. Obviously, you wont use mine.. At what level do you guys decide to use other people's Bobs? Will my Bobs level up as you guys use them? If so, could you add me up and use them? PSN: Grabiha

Actually, lower level Bobs of others are more desirable for remote racing. If you don't cash in their winnings they'll stay low and probably get used more!
