What does the '0' in the top right corner stand for?

Top right corner in the menu system, next to the currently driven car, blank face portrait - there is a big '0' but I can't find anything in the manual that would indicate what it is there for

It is the Options button as @Fryto pointed out. It says Options above the '0' symbol.
