What does this symbol mean?

Ok, I was drinking one of my favorite Sobes the other day its called "Sobe Dragon" on the bottle there is a symbol. I don't know if its Japanese or Chinese and so far I haven't been able to figure out what it means. If you guys can answer this I will be very happy.

That's some jacked-up Dragon symbol. It's definitely not in traditional Chinese.
 
According to the page referenced by Google Images, those characters are in "Kaiti" style and "Lishu" style. Granted, I have no idea what that means... :dopey:

I know what it means. Also, they are in fact simplified--I checked out the sites, and all of them are. Damn communists. Throwing away 5000 years of Chinese history.
