So, there's a little time that i'm thinking in buy a race game until GT5 comes out.
I downloaded Grid, but everytime i play with my DFGT it looks so... boring.
Feel the same with Dirt.

Now i'm thinking in FC or Superstars V8. Does FC have a in car view ? In some sites says it wont have and other say that it have, so i'm a little confused. =P

If there's another game that you think it worth, i'm open to sugestions !

FC has an in car view. I recommend that, its a good overall experience and although it has a small car selection, they are all good choices. Lots of good tracks and decent online 👍

F1:CE is also still up there with the best driving games for PS3 even if F1 isn't really your thing, it has a good career mode and a few classic cars to sample. More for the F1 fans though.

Also, obviously, there's GT5 Prologue ;)

I allready have GT5P =D

So, i wans't crazy when a saw FC with in car view and rain ?! That's good...

Yup, weather is in FC as well. Some of my best races online in that game were wet races, particularly at Mugello. Being able to brake later than your competitiors and keep grip is a great feeling, especially when it results in some clean but daring overtakes :sly:

I agree that F1:CE is a good choice.

As for Ferrari Challenge, I am torn. I enjoy the time trials, the physics and weather effects are nice, and it has good wheel support. But the AI drove me up a wall. Many, many choice words were said.

As far as a ps3 game, not sure what would be fun as i only have gt5p, and Midnight Wangan as driving games. If you have a decent PC and you are looking for a fun Realistic Simulator, i would check out Live For Speed. It's an AMAZING game, especially with a G25. I'm not sure if the Driving Force Pro is PC (Live for Speed Compatible) but it's an amazing game. There are mostly fake cars (modeled after real ones) and tracks, but the realism/physics tops that of Gran Turismo.

Although i'm banging my head in anticipation for GT5 release. :guilty:

I would totally agree with Ardius: both F1CE & FC are excellent games for a racing sim fan, particularly with a good FFB wheel. I prefer F1CE for offline play & FC for online (actually, there's no longer online play available for NTSC for F1CE).

I will say that I find FC unpleasant to drive with cockpit view - just too claustrophobic & no sense of speed. I disgree with Foolkiller: the AI in FC may be overly aggressive at times, but once you learn how it tends to react, I think it is pretty good (much better than GT5P IMO).

FC is available very cheap now, although I don't know about in Brazil. F1CE seems to be a bit harder (& more expensive) to get hold of now.

Perhaps, as a Brazilian you really should be playing an F1 game! :)

(It is important with both these games that you do the updates)

I think i will take FC, but the interior view looks like the old, VERY OLD NFS for PC wich only have interior view and is like draw by hand.

Sim for PC is good but... i just don't want to have head issues trying to make my PC work well again to games. I've playing PC games for about 3 years, and i'm tired of always have to fix something.
And i've tried to use my DFGT on the pc and it doesn't work, but i think it's possible.

And i import games from shopto, estarland or play-asia. FC, putting in dollars is around 30 US$, pretty cheap !

It's not as good as Gran Turismos in car view. But it does create a good feeling and the sound is extreme!

I'm pretty sure everyone is banging they head waiting for GT5, I'm one of them.

The DFGT works just fine on the PC. Just download the Logitech Profiler (google it). I used to use mine all the time for LFS, GTR2, Rfactor, etc... before I sold it to help pay for my Fanatec Turbo S Clubsport.

As others have said:

F1 Championship Edition (fantastic physics, great gameplay)
Ferrari Challenge (good FFB, Weather, online). Although I don't personally like the game that much, you may.

If you really want to have fun with a good sim, try Richard Burns Rally on the PC. Your PC will probably play it just fine, as it's an older game, but the physics are well superior to just about everything else out there.

;)

FC
F1
SSV8

in that order. all good games with pro's and cons, FC is the "most like" GT5 out of the 3.

If you like rally and simulation, I recomand you Richard Burns Rally, that is for PS2, PC and XBOX. The physics and the stages are really good simulated.
