It's in the game, just doesn't have any decals. New car dealer, all the way to the right. It's over there somewhere.

I remember,
This car was in Prologue as "Tuned G37" (Or was it skyline?) in the gran turismo section..
They dont have it in GT5, but I guess they have all the parts to customize it (a skyline, G37) with.
 
Surely it is the Sema Show, Tuned G37 in the High End Dealership for 200,000 credits in GT5. Comes in a variety of colours including Matt Black.

No that is a different G37, Tuned for sema.
The Zele was a collaboration with PD to tun a normal G37.
These parts (The car itself) was on a G37, tuned, on Prologue.

Since we can tune cars in the full game, were presumably able to choose from those parts the one in prologue had, the zele. This was the same deal with all the tuned cars in prologue, the parts fitted were some of the parts available now. Around 6-10 cars were tuned in prologue.
