Dont reckon its modelled properly but suspension type. Wheel width. 2wd vs 4wd, torque even down to the style of the driver
No they are not equal..not likely anyway. Hybriding in GT5 revealed that cars come with grip multipliers so they are preprogrammed with differing levels of grip. There are also different versions of each tire, a C and V rated tire IIRC. On your screen it shows up as "Sports Hard" but it could be a "Sports Hard C" or a "Sports Hard V" or a regular "Sports Hard". C and V tires had differing levels of lateral and longitudinal grip. Rotation/understeer is also part of the base package of every car and those that rotate better are generally faster. This is a bit awkward to phrase, but if you had a BMW m4 tuned to perfection against an Audi Rs4 of equal perfection, and with both having the same power and weight; is there any other difference to them, or are they of equal performance?

On top of this you have variations in the power curve which can also affect acceleration and top speed.
So all the information we need is given to us when we buy and tune a car that shows how good it is. In real life, there's usually a lot of other factors that influence this and I thought Gt6 would have that variety. Ty
