I don't know if it's just me, or have race starts throughout A-spec and B-spec become solely rolling starts since the 1.06 update? I've been doing a fair bit of grinding on the Clubman Cup lately - currently going and trying all the cars in my garage - and the races in that championship have definitely swapped from being grid starts to rolling starts, and the other championships I've run since have also been rolling starts.
Does anyone know if PD have given a reason for this, or said whether it's a temporary or permanent thing. Personally, I prefer grid starts - the sounds of engines revving as the lights change adds to the start of the race, and then you get the excitement of a first corner scramble, all of which gets lost in a rolling start.
Please PD, bring back grid starts!
