What happened to this premium Subaru from 2006?

So yeah, what the title says. As I looked at the premium Subaru dealer in the final GT5, I immediately noticed that this car is missing and I simply do not understand why.

Look between 1:05 and 1:20, this car is CLEARLY premium, yet not in GT5 as one but as a standard, what the heck?

Certainly no stupid idea but I seriously doubt it, if that was the case, somebody would already have posted it.
