What happens when u miss objectives?F1 2010-2016

I admit I've resorted to restarting races so far when I miss qualifying & finishing objectives. But it's starting to be frustrating coz sometimes I think my car just isn't up to the mark, esp for qualifying objectives.

Wanted to find out what the impact of missing objectives are? Eg is there impact to contracts available, upgrades, etc?

there is a fancy video with the eng pushing away the camera man while you're blaming your self in the pit. you received less xp points and .. nothing more. I juts missed mu first goal in china, they asked me 17th in race but i can't do better than 18th always, 3 races e 18th. so i failed the race objective while completed R&D and qualify.

The more you achieve, the more they ask of you... eventually something has to give. you're not going to win every race, so you shouldn't expect to meet every objective (unless difficulty too low - mine could be higher but I'm still not dominating everything and have failed about half my objectives now I think, can't keep the Lotus in the points...)
